2. What We Collect
We collect only what is strictly necessary to respond to your inquiries and deliver our consulting and diagnostic services:
- Contact Information: Details you submit through intake forms, assessment diagnostic questionnaires, email, or WhatsApp — including full name, business email address, phone number, company name, and job title.
- Consultation & Diagnostic Content: Information you provide regarding your team size, communication friction points, operational QA challenges, or professional development goals.
- Basic Technical Data: Browser type, device type, referrer URL, and interaction timestamps if analytics or performance telemetry are enabled.
- Payment & Transaction Details: When you purchase a digital playbook or service, payment is processed securely through our authorized payment gateway — we never store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
Note: We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, political affiliation, religious beliefs, or biometric data) through the Site, and we request that you not include such information in your submissions.
3. Why We Collect It
We process your information for the following specific purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries, schedule baseline acoustic audits, and register corporate consultation sessions.
- To deliver purchased digital playbooks, QA scorecards, masterclasses, and corporate retainers.
- To send requested program specifications, custom proposal architectures, and diagnostic score reports.

- To maintain accurate commercial and accounting records as mandated by applicable Dominican accounting and tax legislation.
4. Legal Basis & ARCO Rights (Dominican Law No. 172-13)
All personal data processed by ProComm Performance Lab is governed by Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data (Ley sobre Protección Integral de los Datos Personales de la República Dominicana).

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Providers
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information solely with trusted infrastructure partners required to operate our practice:
- Database & Hosting: Supabase and Vercel for high-security cloud hosting and database administration.
- Communications: Google Workspace for secure enterprise email and calendar coordination.
- Messaging Platforms: WhatsApp / Meta if you initiate direct communication with our advisory team over WhatsApp.

These service providers process data strictly on our behalf under enforceable data protection terms. Certain infrastructure is hosted in secure data centers outside the Dominican Republic. By using the Site, you acknowledge such international data transit under standard industry safeguards.
6. Data Retention & Security Measures
We retain contact and engagement data only as long as necessary to deliver the requested services and satisfy statutory accounting obligations under Dominican law. Data is subsequently deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
We employ robust technical and organizational safeguards — including TLS 1.3 encrypted data transmission, Row Level Security (RLS) on database instances, strict least-privilege credential access, and regular security audits — to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site and our professional training programs are intended exclusively for adult business professionals and organizations. We do not knowingly solicit or collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
